3D CAD Modeling in SolidWorks
I CAD modeled two cosmetic packaging products in SolidWorks from the company catalog designed for manufacturing with tolerance analysis.
REGULA REFILL JAR
The Regula Refill Jar is a best-seller refillable system made with fully recyclable materials. The outer jar is made of thick PET with a glass-like appearance and contains an inner jar made of PP along with a monomaterial PP cap.
TOP TOTTLE
The Top Tottle is used for skincare and makeup products such as moisturisers, sunscreens, and foundations. It is made of PE with a PP cap and has options for PCR content.
2D Commercial Technical Drawings
I standardized 470+ supplier-facing technical drawings, coordinating with 10+ suppliers to ensure manufacturability and accuracy of dimensions, tolerances, bills of materials, and templates.
The technical drawings were made in SolidWorks and edited in Adobe Illustrator. I updated the company database, creating and uploading the technical drawings for each product. Please note that technical drawings are not shown for confidentiality reasons.
Serenity Tube: Product Innovation
I collaborated in cross-functional product innovation sessions to resolve CAD errors for a textured applicator, enabling the successful launch of the Serenity Tube.
The Serenity Tube is a textured, flexible applicator tube ideal for serums and creams with enhanced absorption and a gentle, massage-like effect. It is made of ABL or PE with a PP cap and a TPE applicator, with options for PCR content.
In-Lab Product Testing
I participating in product testing at their in-house lab, which contains high-tech equipment to conduct tests such as leakage, weight loss, torque, decoration resistance, tube sealing, and formula aging.
